Drie jaar geleden dook DaanSpeak in deze materie en schreef naar aanleiding van het boek The Secret Life of Bill Clinton en met behulp van aanvullende informatie onderstaand document. Intussen zullen er wel wat nuances zijn toegevoegd, maar voor een eerste kennismaking met de materie kan het geen kwaad hieronder even verder te lezen. The Secret Life of Bill Clinton van auteur Ambrose Evan-Pritchard* opent met het verhaal van een gezin dat twee peuters had verloren in de Oklahoma City bombing van 19 april 1995: 'When they ask questions of the Federal authorities they encounter lie after lie. For example, why weren't there any casualties of ATF personnel from the blast as they had an office in the building?
After a series of lies they determined that none of them were in their office when the blast occurred. [They determined] that there was a "bomb squad" truck at the building shortly before the blast. And they learn that the Fire Department was warned to be on the alert before the blast. [Ooggetuige Claude Fritz saw paramilitary Bomb Squad personnel searching the outside of the courthouse across the street; he said that prior to the blast  ‘the presence of law enforcement was in the air, it was everywhere downtown that morning’].'
 

Voorkennis
De rechter in de rechtzaak, die 300 mensen tegen de staat aanspanden in verband met mogelijke voorkennis van de overheid, was rechter Alley. Hij werd van de zaak gehaald nadat zijn uitspraken in de krant de Oregonian bekend werden: Alley was een van de mensen die vantevoren was gewaarschuwd en dus op 19 april verscheen hij niet op zijn werk. Net als het ATF personeel van het Alfred P. Murrah Building. Een getuige in het Amerikaanse tv-programma 20/20, 'while looking for his wife at the Murrah Building, ran into an ATF agent who said that he had survived the blast because “We were tipped by our pagers not to come into work today.”' Het ATF was dezelfde club die zo heeft huisgehouden in Waco. Vierentwintig minuten ervóór werd de ontploffing van het Murrah Building gemeld aan het Executive Secretariat’s Office at the Justice Department in Washington D.C. Het departement had wellicht 168 doden kunnen voorkomen, maar reageerde niet.

Op zoek naar de waarheid
Evan-Pritchard: 'Much more happens that I won't detail here, but ultimately a major petition drive is mounted for a local grand jury to be impaneled. Over many obstructive efforts by authorities, negative editorials and initial refusals by the judges, permission is granted for the grand jury. And civil lawsuits against the government are filed on behalf of families and survivors. The discovery powers in a civil suit far exceed those available to a party to a criminal suit. By that point, 70% of the people in Oklahoma do not believe that the Federal government is telling the truth about the bombing.'

Uit een artikel naar aanleiding van het boek: 'Some 300 members of the victims' families are suing the government claiming that the bombing was a "government sting" designed to trap neo-Nazis but which went horribly wrong. There is no doubt that McVeigh was guilty, says the author, but the whole truth has been concealed because none of the witnesses who saw McVeigh with accomplices was called to testify by the prosecution. That would have led back to Elohim City and the culpable incompetence of the FBI and ATF, the book argues. Elohim City, (God's City, een ‘Christian Identity white-separatist commune’) from which, the book says, the terrorist attack may have been planned and executed, [door McVeigh en wellicht mede door] Andreas Strassmeir, a former German army officer.' Uit een FBI raport blijkt dat bekend was wie Strassmeir is en dat hij drie trips naar Oklahoma heeft gemaakt. Toch is hij nooit gearresteerd en mocht maanden na de ontploffing naar Duitsland vertrekken. Pas een jaar na de gebeurtenis is hij telefonisch ondervraagd door de FBI die hem verzekerde: ‘They would cover for me.’ Hij is misschien wel de onbekende helper van McVeigh, deze helper wordt John Doe2 genoemd.

"Strassmeir has talked frequently about direct action against the US government. He is trained in weaponry and has discussed assassinations, bombings and mass shootings ..." According to his lawyer Kirk Lyons, Andreas Strassmeir was trained in military intelligence operations at the Bundeswehr Academy in Hanover, Germany. His close friend Dennis Mahon, leader of the militant racist-group White Aryan Resistance (WAR) in the U.S., says Strassmeir was a member of Germany's elite counterterrorism unit, GSG-9.
Former Grand Juror Hoppy Heidelberg, in charge of evidence in the Oklahoma City bombing case, told the press that, "No one who saw McVeigh with other suspects [such as John Doe #2], was ever allowed to testify be- fore the Federal Grand Jury." Mr. Heidelberg was eventually thrown off the jury after he refused to stop asking questions about John Doe 2. His review of the best available evidence lead him to conclude, as was reported in both the USA Today (10/19/95) and the AP: "I think they [ the government ] know who John Doe 2 is, and they are protecting him. This is because John Doe 2 was either a government agent or a government informant. Either way they [the govt]  had...prior knowledge to the bombing and that's what they can't afford afford to come out." [McVeigh’s truck-bom zou nooit het effect kunnen hebben als wat er nu aan wordt toegeschreven; binnen werden vier bommen gevonden waarvan sommige bronnen beweren dat het militaire bommen waren; seismologen hebben minstens twee ontploffingen geregistreerd; binnen in het gebouw werd een been gevonden in een militaire broek, de eigenaar van het been is nooit gevonden].

The Secret Life of Bill Clinton includes a transcript of an official debriefing of Carol Howe, an undercover informant for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, [undercover in Elohim City]. Howe warned that the Oklahoma federal building had been a target. These conclusions may gain credence even among the sceptical American press following comment yesterday by Robert Novak, a respected columnist, in the Washington Post. Mr Novak writes, he [Evan-Pritchard, de schrijver van het boek] "is no conspiracy theory lunatic (and) is known for accuracy, industry and courage".

*The author is English, Cambridge educated, and formerly a reporter for the Economist. Until recently, he was the Washington bureau chief of the Sunday Telegraph of London. As such, he reported extensively on matters relating to the current administration. As opposed to the main stream US media, he dug into matters deeply and reported them to his English readers making them better informed than the US readers of the mainstream press on many matters. • Dennis Mahon, leider van de militant-racistsche groep White Aryan Resistance (WAR). Goede vriend van Strassmeier.
• Carol Howe. Een informant voor het Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, undercover in Elohim City. Waarschuwde dat het gebouw in Oklahoma een doelwit was. Waarschuwde over het gevaar van Strassmeier.
• De leiding van het Executive Secretariat’s Office at the Justice Department in Washington D.C.  24 minuten voor de ontploffing werd de explosie gemeld bij dit departement. Waarom werd geen waarschuwing gedaan?
• Oklahoma State Representative Charles Key. Deed een eigen onderzoek en maakte een onthullend videoverslag.
